What you will do

Open the assigned mission in the mobile app.
Start or update the mission status.
Enter the customer 5-digit code.
Confirm proof success.
Review proofed delivery state in the web panel.

Common mistakes

Customer gives an expired or incorrect code.

Driver enters extra spaces or wrong digits.

Mission is not in a status that can be proofed.
