Scenario

A dispatcher has a daily order export and wants to turn it into route-ready missions.

What you will do

Prepare a small mission file.
Open the import dialog.
Upload CSV, XLSX, or JSON.
Review validation.
Fix common errors.
Confirm import.

Before you start

Branch and date are ready.
File includes customer, address or coordinate, date, and delivery details.
You have permission to create missions.

Sample data

8-12 delivery rows.
Customer name, phone, address, latitude, longitude, delivery time window, duration, item count, weight, volume, required skills, and priority when available.
Future downloads: sample-delivery-missions.csv, sample-delivery-missions.xlsx, sample-delivery-missions.json.

Success checklist

File validates without blocking errors.
Imported missions appear in the selected branch/date.
Mission pins or list rows show the expected customer and location data.
Imported missions can be selected for optimization.

Common mistakes

Missing latitude and longitude when address geocoding is not available.

Time window format does not match expected values.

Pickup fields are mixed into delivery-only rows incorrectly.

Required skills do not match vehicle skills.
